COMMUNITY SUPPORT AND RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION SERVICES

You are eligible to receive our services if you have the following:

  • •

    a psychiatric diagnosis,

  • •

    are referred by a psychiatric clinician,

  • •

    have a current needs assessment,

  • •

    and are aged 18 years and over.
